Booth sizes start at 10' x 10' and increase in 10' increments.

Contract and deposit must be received by the deadline to qualify for a given price tier. Rates for larger booths are calculated as a multiple of the 10' x 10' rate. A minimum 50% deposit is due at the time of application, with final payments due no later than September 30, 2025.

Booth reservations come with the following benefits based on the size of the space purchased:

7” x 44” identification sign with your company name and booth number (in-line and peninsula booths only)

Pipe railing, 8’ curtain backwall, and 3’ high curtain side rails (in-line booths only)

50-300 sq. ft = 1 complimentary full registration

Please note that booth rental does not include storage, placement, shipment or reshipment of exhibit materials, special lighting, booth furnishings, tables, chairs, electrical supplies, or individual booth cleaning.
Pricing for 5' x 10' Booths
In support of our newly combined expo experience, we’re excited to offer a new size option for booth space to facilitate exhibitor participation and maintain stable pricing during this transition.

If this is your first time exhibiting at the Mega Conference or you have previously exhibited at a similar conference, you can apply for a 5' x 10' booth space. Note: Qualification for this option is required.
